The Lensco-Meter Attachment was developed for checking the accuracy of keratometer instrument measurements. The lenscometer is supplied with a special magnetic fixture which is easily attached to the headrest of the keratometer. Three highly polished precision ball bearings with curvatures of 40.50, 42.50 and 44.75 diopters are held magnetically to the fixture for quick change. A fourth special bearing is supplied with the Lensco-Meter Attachment Set, allowing the measurement of contact lens base curves, which is especially useful in the absence of a radiuscope. |
