There's no chinrest, no joystick and no elevation controls. Patients simply lean against the AT-555's forehead rest, and view a fixation target. With its patented hands-free automated alignment system, operators only press a button to activate the IOP measurement process. The Reichert AT555 has the softest air puff available today, and with its enhanced silent operation, it is a truly patient-friendly instrument. The AT555 makes the entire IOP measurement process an extremely comfortable and non-intimidating experience for your patients. The icon-based operating system is so easy to use that first time operators can learn how to perform an effective, efficient and accurate measurement in minutes. The user-friendly LCD screen, which activates by simply pushing a button, guides the operator from start to finish. There's no room for error as the screen displays all the alignment and measurement information. Even the headrest moves with the patient making positioning effortless for both patient and operator. New bright LED array provides fast fixation, further reducing measurement time. The operator's disply has an "eye" icon allowing easy visualization of the autoalignment process.
An Ocular Motorized Instrument Table with locking casters copliments the AT555 perfectly, with effortless height adjustability and rolling mobility. The Reichert PT100 portable non-contact tonometer is also available if complete mobility is required. Reichert's newest instrument, the ATP combines the functions of the AT555 air tonometer with a pachymeter to measure both IOP & CCT.
Please Note: The AT555 has been discontinued and superseded by the new and improved: Reichert 7 Auto NCT and Reichert 7CR Auto NCT.
